Certainly can! Blocks of solo sessions are priced as follows

10 Sessions = $3000aud ($500 savings)
5 Sessions = $1600aud ($150 savings)

There are multiple group sessions open throughout the month, so if you miss one, you can always make it up by joining another in the month.

It is important to note that group sessions are limited to 6 people per group on a first-come, first-serve basis. This is to maintain the integrity of the group and allow everyone to support, learn and help each other grow.

Yes, however please note that mental health support works best when initiated by the person attending. I understand that sometimes finances can be a factor and also there is no one-size-fits-all approach so I do allow that when everyone is on the same page.
