Tiny Warriors Studio is a mental health practice that uses the structure, creativity, and community of gaming—like video games, role-playing games, and war games—to support your mental health journey. Whatever your game, we’ll provide support that’s immersive, relatable, and empowering.

Not at all! We use gaming as a tool and language, but you don’t have to be a pro or even a player.

I’ve worked with CEO’s of multi-national companies, through to the unemployed. Your race, class, background type, gender, sexual orientation and spiritual openness is all welcome here.

If you connect with stories, strategy, imagination, or simply want support that feels more human and less clinical—you’re in the right spot.

I offer:

– Free Community Access
– Group Sessions (Coming soon!)
– 1-on-1 Support

This is person-centered mentoring that blends a dynamic mix of modalities. All of it focused on getting you leveled up quicker and tackling life on your terms!

No. Not currently anyway. However using role playing games like Dungeons & Dragons or other role-playing systems to explore identity, build confidence, and work through trauma has been successful. By creating a character and going on guided adventures that reflect real-world themes—with a trained professional as your “Game Master” it simulates artificial environments that help translate into real-world engagement.

In effect, it’s practicing in a fun simulated environment before taking the experience gained and applying it to the real world.

Currently no. However I do with the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme here in Australia) for social activities, counseling and psychotherapy.

Absolutely. I help overwhelmed parents and caregivers reconnect with themselves, navigate stress and burnout, and build emotional health for the whole family. Whether you’re a “dad tanking too much damage” or a mom running on zero mana—we’ve got you.

We can even show parents how to connect with their kids via the games they play.

Sure can! Whether you’re co-op partners IRL or feeling stuck in a relationship side quest, couples support can help you reconnect, communicate, and rebuild your team synergy. Sessions are designed for gamer couples who want to navigate conflict, level up their bond, and play as a stronger duo. Let’s help you get back on the same server.

(Coming soon!) I offer small, themed groups sessions that feel more like co-op campaigns than therapy or lectures. This could be centered around some online gaming, or via a role playing game such as Dungeons & Dragons or Star Wars. There’s even miniature painting for those creative types. Whatever your gaming preferences, it could simply be a place to hang out and chat whether gaming was happening or not.

Group topics in sessions can include:

– Anxiety/Depression + Burnout Recovery
– Existential, Meaning & Purpose, Identity struggles
– Veterans & First Responder Support
– RPG-Based Therapy Quests
– Parents of Young Kids
– Neurodivergent Young Adults

Group numbers are limited and each hold a maximum of 6 people per party.

Yes—this is legit mentoring and coaching.
I work with trauma, anxiety, reintegration stress, and identity loss post-service using proven evidence-based methods. The gaming isn’t the therapy (although let’s face it, sometimes it is!), nor is the gaming framework fluff—it’s a bridge to connection and healing.

I currently offer both:

Virtual support (Anywhere there is an internet connection)
In-person sessions (Adelaide, South Australia)
Hybrid options (For flexibility, depending on location)

Virtual sessions are secure, engaging, and built to feel like immersive safe zones.

Right now, I primarily focus on older teens (14+), young adults (18+) and parents. However, we do offer family support coaching and parent-focused services. If you’re looking for services for younger teens or family therapy, reach out and we can see what we can do!

Start with a free 15-minute consult. We’ll chat about your goals and help you choose the best mode of support—whether that’s individual sessions, a support group, or starting with the free access!

Absolutely. Your privacy and safety are the top priority. All support sessions are 100% confidential and adhere to the professional standards. The only time that confidentiality is breached is due to harm to self or others (which is a pure safety mechanism).

even the mightiest hero started with a tiny step

Because even when we feel small, scared, or broken, there’s a part of us that’s still fighting. Still rising. Still ready to roll for initiative.
We honor the inner warrior in everyone—no matter how tiny they feel right now.
