Simple! Pick your preferred tier and gain access to those services, with the added bonus that up to but not including tier 4 (solo therapy), all tiers gain access to the tiers below them automatically.

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time. When you downgrade your tier access will last until the end of the pay cycle for that period (usually one month from the last payment).

There are 8 sessions in total a month. Tier 3 members can access as many or as little as they like. Perfect for min/maxxing your mental health journey as needed!
Please note however that sessions are a first come/first served scenario and different times may be more popular than others.

Only for the solo therapy tier, which includes a free 15 minute consult just to assess whether the service is a right fit for you.
